SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Florida through FedEx or USPS.

FedEx orders received Monday - Friday by 1pm EST will ship that business day. Any FedEx orders received after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

USPS orders received Monday - Friday by 10am EST will ship that business day. Any FedEx orders received after 10am EST will be shipped the following business day.

Payment for all orders must be received in full before your order ships. If you need your shipment by a certain day please contact us so that we can ensure to get you your delivery as soon as we can.

We often ship directly to shows and hotels when timing is a factor. Please call us so that we can assist you with shipping options 941-921-1764.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Any unopened Nupafeed® can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our mistake, or the shipment was damaged in transit we will issue a prepaid shipping label. In any other cases the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to us. 

Once we receive the return a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used. You should expect to see your refund within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. In many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.
